I don't feel we should dictate the predictions for the predictor. Granted there may very well be pointless predictions, but most will value or dismiss a prediction by it's worth through commentary and discussion. If we restrist a prediction, poeple won't use it.

I think the core of this initiative should be an agreeable method to quantify predictions.
