Jim's board has a form like post for predictions - his predictions board is strictly for predictions - since this board is not strictly predictions only, it would be difficult to have a mandatory form.

Maybe there could be some additional fields set up in the posting area so that, if filled in, they would signify an 'official' prediction.

So we're looking for
longitude, latitude, within X miles? , geographic name?
Time - date range?
Magnitude range
(are we purists for depth?)

What else? More/Less?
