What the USGS did before with a predictor

Below is a link to an earthquake FAQ at the Unversity of Californa at Santa Barbara UCSB. When you pull it up, do a find on either Jack Coles or Earthquake Prediction.

This was a post to ca.earthquakes in April of 1994 by Andy Michael of the USGS in Menlo Park concerning Jack Coles. Hopefully, after reading this, predictors will see what they need to do and not do.
