I would like to announce the release of Quake3D for windows.

Quake3D is a spatial/temporal visualization tool for observing
historical earthquake data in the California and Nevada region.
The user is able to 'playback' earthquake sequences as if they
were watching a movie while allowing simultaneous rotation of
the display in three dimensions. Several controls are available
to allow the user to customize various time, space, and display
parameters.

I've been working on this over the past couple months and have
put in a few dozen hours on the project. Mind you, I'm not an
expert programmer, so don't expect professional quality. But I
think it looks pretty darned good. It works quite well on my
P4 2.4GHz machine.
