Welcome to the list, Robert. Here's how you can get the URL. First, if it's a link, you shoudl be able to right click on the link and you should get a little pop-up menu. One of the items shoudl be somethign like "copy link location". This will copy the URL to the system clipboard. Or... If you are already on the webpage, look at the URL in the lacation bar of your browser, towards the top of the window. A *single* click somewhere in that bar should highlight the whole URL. Then you can press CTRL-C on the keyboard. That will copy the text to the clipboard. Now, to paste it in a message (or in the space provided for links) just make sure the typing cursor is where you want it, then press CTRL-V, and that will paste the contents of the clipboard to that spot.
