| Re: my long-suffering paper finally accepted |
Roger...a lot of the problem was my/our fault...the paper was not good enough and we received a lot of valuable editing. So, hard for me to complain...except there was some nit-picky stuff involved as well as the more substantial stuff...Plus, the first major revisions took me 6 months to get done and the second major revisions took me 4 months (the latter was 2 major revisions in one). Now, it may take me months to get the final version in, and then there are page proofs, and then wait until it appears...
