Thanks for the benefit of the doubt Mike. For a moment, I thought I was on my way to another formal complaint. Next time, I'll try to leave referrences to irrelevant persons out of my posts. For everybody: After reading the articles Don sent,(you are really fast with that Don) I came away with the impression that a quake in that area is more or less expected. Is that the general concensus? Lastly, reading through the material about tsunamis made me wonder about plate tectonics on a larger scale. If our side of the Pacific plate is sliding under the North American plate is the far side of the Pacific plate pulling away from another plate?
