If studying the NAF makes us understand the SAF better, then it will not hurt Californians any. As for Gas, if we had a couple $ gallon tax on gas the last 20 years, we would be driving more efficient cars, and the same money would be going to US government and state governments rather than to other countries. I know Don thinks that government is evil or something, but I find that a strange attitude...sure, I'm not happy with the current one.
