So far the discussion has ALWAYS been about animals sensing earthquakes BEFORE they occur. Then she mentions fires. I and others have asked her if she means that the cats know the fire is going to occur BEFORE it actually occurs. But all the anecdotes Cal has mentioned are events where the cat sensed the fire AFTER it started, albeit before any humans noticed.

Cal mentions apples. We question the apples. She replies with oranges. Get it?
