Well, you've hit a nerve with me with what so far in this group has come across as a cavalier attitude towards science. Perhaps your book is better. I'll know when I read it. But based _SOLELY_ on what you've said here....(I'm repeating myself)

You say I'm in foreign waters with my comments on journalism. Well, that is exactly how I feel about you and your attitude towards the science and reality of quake prediction. Again, this is based only on what you've said in this forum.

So tell ya what. Let's just agree to disagree for the time being. Because the alternative would be to turn this into a big argument and that won't do either of us any good. Nor would it be entirely appropriate to this forum.

BTW, when I was talking about journalists "in general", I was not picking you out in any way. I took your question to me about journalists to mean journalists "in general" and commented accordingly. Apologies if that has lead to any confusion.
