You are hugely funny! I made my first official call to the Geek Squad today to ask them if my anti-virus program was working and they were very efficient and they speak English too. It may sound funny to you that I can't tell in the normal way that it's working and that's because hidden in the deep recesses of the computer is a new place that has been created where one goes to look for such things. It's called Security. But none of my other computers had it, so I wouldn't have a clue as to its existence. I'll probably call them at least once a week for awhile.
