You don't know me, but I have been on this site daily since 1999. Please don't lash out at Chris. I would think you and he would get along splendidly, if not for this misunderstanding. Chris is a scientist, and he does write papers that get published, and I don't think he was bitching about you at all. He was just being to the point, and probably doesn't, on the eve of a trip to CA, have time to look at your website. But I'm sure he will as soon as he can.

This is a peaceful board. It is the antithesis of SGE and some of Berkland's boards. We just don't do this sort of thing here, and I'm sure Canie will agree with me that some of your comments are not appropriate to this site.

You seem like "one of the good guys" in earthquake prediction, as is Chris. Please don't judge him so harshly.

I know you are new and probably think this board operates like SGE or Syzygy, but it doesn't.

No harm, no foul. I just thought you might like to know that the tone of EW is once of respectful discussion rather than one of turmoil and strife.

Keep cool and wait for Chris to get back to you. I know he will.
