The Handyman's Helper

Chris,

Red Green, you and half of America I'm sure has a profound need of duct tape. I have a large roll I always keep on hand and it does have a million uses. My only complaint is when removed it leaves a sticky surface behind.

But one thing some may not have discovered yet is the efficient use of cooking sprays. They come in some varieties these days, but no matter what one has on the shelf, they are a great substitute for WD-40. If it needs to move with light lubrication and you can't find that WD-40 it works and it works well for a long time. I sprayed my garage door rails 3 months ago and they're still sliding smoothly.

As for the hair,no one likes their hair for more than two weeks. If its cut the way you like it, in two weeks it won't look the same. It's either, to long, to short, flat, to full, frizzy, breaking, oily or some other thing. I think that's why every new shopping center has a hair salon. No one likes what they get, so they go everywhere. A constant among hair dressers is that if they cut hair well, they can't style it worth a darn and everyone should ask if the person feels good that day before you let them do your hair. If they are sick or pissed off at their significant other, you'll pay the price for it. They get scissor happy and you have no hair when they are done.
