Boron 3.7...foreshock?

The M3.7 in the Mojave that just occured is right-lateral if on the NNW-SSE nodal plane. Somehow, not science, it got in my head that this might be a foreshock. I guess 10% (5%?) or something like that of California quakes are followed by a larger one...So...will I be right if the larger quake is only a 4 and it occurs in 6 months? Or, meaningless...
