As they say, "the truth is out there" but it rarely arrives in the press. Inasmuch a I wasn't there in time and space as it where, I am not a witness to what transpired, but I believe that the false tsunami alert had nothing to do with Larry.

But I can say this about this man who I call my friend. He is an engineer and quite a bright one. He is an honest and decent person and a good family man. He has never been an alarmist. It is not his way of doing things. If anything, he is guarded about anything he says. So knowing him as I do, this false alarm situation is nothing but nonsense.

I think it's interesting that when it comes to some things said in the press about scientists or projects, so often it is said that things were not reported correctly. Yet, when one writes in the tabloids about television or movie industry events, it is all taken as absolute truth. We all have a choice of believing what we wish about some people, especially if we don't know them; but in this case, I'll stand up for my friend and tell you what was reported isn't true.
