Ara; Interesting question. He normally uses a 3 degree range but the prediction specifies a 220 km range. Does he mean a 220km radius around his point, as would be expected, or something else? And don't forget the extra magnitude limits he implies. I'd say his chances of a hit are pretty good and pretty meaningless.
