Re: Spectacular Speculation |
Hello Ara, You used a key word in your post. Metabolism. I am suggesting a study at the molecular level. I agree that we could film animals over a long period of time, and see if they are pacing, or acting differently. That is one approach. But what about how much they are eating? How about the the other end of the alimentary canal, fecal matter? There are many different ways to study it. Ara, what animal behavior would you look for? I know the Chinese have done work on this. They evacuated an entire city because worms were crawling out of the ground in winter... Hmmm Just asking. glen Follow Ups: ● FOR Glen - Ara 19:44:32 - 11/14/2005 (30581) (3) ● Re: FOR Ara - Cathryn 10:04:20 - 11/16/2005 (30646) (2) ● Re: FOR Cathryn - Ara 07:14:16 - 11/17/2005 (30658) (0) ● Re: FOR Ara - Don in Hollister 12:12:06 - 11/16/2005 (30651) (0) ● Re: FOR ALL - glen 22:45:27 - 11/15/2005 (30635) (0) ● Re: FOR ARA - Todd 21:08:10 - 11/14/2005 (30587) (1) ● Re: FOR Todd/Glen - Ara 07:28:27 - 11/15/2005 (30593) (0) ● 1975 snakes - chris in suburbia 13:25:58 - 11/14/2005 (30525) (1) ● Re: 1975 snakes - glen 13:46:15 - 11/14/2005 (30526) (1) ● P vs shear waves - chris in suburbia 09:10:06 - 11/15/2005 (30596) (1) ● Thanks, Chris. n/t - glen 22:48:04 - 11/15/2005 (30636) (0) |
