Personally I think Glen's ideas are very interesting. I think should they be put into action, since they are his vision, it should ONLY be focused on earthquakes. The idea is there...I think over the course of one day a group of great minds could come together and hammer out all the logistics you were asking about in another post. Those details are irrelevant. The info we could learn is what is important.
