Hi, My suggestions are: 1. There should be no restrictions placed on the 3 accepted (time, place, size) predictor parameters. Why should a registry tell a predictor what values he/she can or cannot predict? I don't see any reason, legitimate or otherwise, for it. 2. A registry should never get into the business of "scoring". Your idea of scoring and my idea of scoring and somebody elses idea of scoring are all probably different. If I don't agree with yours, as a predictor, then I would not use your registry. You would really be limiting your registry's acceptance if you went down the scoring road, in my opinion. With the automated, machine friendly registry as I am proposing, I'm guessing individuals and groups would step forward to fill the "scoring" void (Roger for one, and probably others). Programs could be written to evaluate data in all kinds of interesting ways. The validity, accuracy, and flexibility of a registry needs to be beyond all doubt to be effective and usefull.
