Roger...that would do the trick and would be cool. But, IMHO no chance of funding. I may get into reasons why I still don't think his method is credible later...for example..one could calculate what the magnitude of the various orbital or whatever changes he talks about and what that could do to tilts across a few meters or 100s of meters and I'm pretty sure that it would not be detectable as changes that could be measured that way....but I could be wrong..
