Just kidding.

I've finally developed a way of plotting quakes with the proper intervals. Wasn't all that hard, I just calculate the time from each quake to the next one and wait a proportional amount of milliseconds before plotting.

The "movie" would just be a program running and plotting in real time. One problem is the way Shan gives locations. Geographic place names are too vague.
Magnitude is another problem. Many of his predictions involve lower limits below the network threshold.
