Yes, the 103 ring. I will get back to you Roger. I think we can put this thing to rest. I do not see a correlation of quakes as of now, but I think it is well worth the study. The concept of P 103 quake activity seems to have ephemeral status among those who make predictions. I don't think we will find much to it.
It would be wise to let others weigh in on it. I'll get back latter this week.
