Re: Alaska Projection Failure - Question

Hi Glen,

I have to ask you something because just before I went to bed last night I was reading this 15 page science article about earthquake triggering and the language really bothered me. It always has and it always will. Maybe later I'll ask the professionals why they say things the way they say them.

So being that I was in the trench looking for deeper understanding about language last night; this brings me to today and I'm not understanding something here either. So help me out, ok?

A. You predicted an earthquake. B. You called your theory a projection.
C. Your earthquake which was predicted did not materialize, so your projection was not fruitful. Is there a reason you use the work projection instead of prediction? I'm sure there must be, so if you could explain, I'd appreciate it very much.

Thanks,

Petra
