Just got these in at 5:56PM today:

Napa 38.35N - 122.19W 3.0 to 4.0, 25 mile radius, begins 8/25, ends 8/31.

Gilroy 37.06N - 121.50W 3.0 to 3.9, 25 mile radius, begins 8/25 ends 9/3.

85% probability on both. Napa could be a little larger, but I'm hoping it won't go over a 4.0.
