I know I told you, but I haven't shared with the group my mouse sighting. Yesterday morning when I was driving southbound on the outskirts of Rohnert Park while hugging the RCF a mouse ran across the road at 7:12am. He was running from west to east. It was foggy and I've never seen that before. But also absent were the hawks and buzzards who thrive in the area. Not only did I not see them in the AM, not in the afternoon either and today it was the same. Normally I can spot at least one hawk and 4 or so buzzards each way daily, but not for the past two days. While the fog might have affected the birds, the afternoons have been very sunny and warm, so there's something wrong about that.

I guess time will tell if this is a significant event or otherwise. I'll see what I can find in a more exotic beer the next time I'm out in a strange place where they stock weird brews.
