Idea to predict earthquakes

Hi all...

Around the time of the earthquake in Loma Prieta, ( forgive my spelling there) , there was a scientist whom was working on Ultra low frequencys.

The monitoring equipment at one house ( which was dead center in the quakes path) stopped working prior to the quake. that was what they origionally thought, but it really did work....there was just no signal for them to pick up!!!

Therefore, all things considered equal....the simplest answer is probably the correct one. We look for magnetic changes, ULF signals etc, also animals and other observations to an impending earthquake.....but the problem with science is that they are looking for something that we know exists....some sort of change to our normal world..and they should be looking for something that does not exist!! Something that only exists in the time (and short this is) prior to an earthquake.

Follow this logic. If there is a change in the magnetic field in the area of a large quake, then it has to go somewhere....it doesn't just disappear right?... Well, if you had a device to measure counter electromagnetic fources, then when there was a shift, you would know an earthquake was comming.....

My idea is to create a inductor that when placed in the ground will measure the reverse of a magnetic field. It will normally register nothing, but if there is a Counter electromagnetic fource, it will start to register. Therefore, I conclude that we need to look for what is not there, to find the earthquakes that become very real, and quickly too I might add.

Anyway...That is the Versaggi theroy.....If anyone wants to take a crack at it, by all means have fun....

And if you think i'm off in outer space...just remember that the box was ment to be looked at from the outside as well as the inside. Life is to short to accept limitations.
