Thanks for you analysis .... sounds like Baja is a sure thing these days so that wouldn't me much of a challenge ;-) I guess I should track eartones an subsequent eqs and see if there is anything to what i'm hearing. for all I know i'm hearing my neighbors satelitte dish .....

The last time i watched eqs after an eartone is was something like 9 seconds but a sizable eq was only about 125 miles away. I may be looking in the wrong spot. probably the best bet for me is to log all my eartones and try to compare them against the list later on and see if anything stands out. I'm skeptical but do have an open mind, and am curious, so we shall see.
