* I need 50 of the latest, fastest PCs available.

* I need internet access, via satellite and land line.

* I need 50 short wave, ham style radios.

* I need XM radio band for communication.

* I need 150 HDTV sets, with satellite downlink.

* I need backup power generation for each of the above.

* I need one command and control center, based in coastal Thailand, with a
backup on the east coast of India.

* I need 48 stations around the Indian Ocean, say at police stations, weather
forecast locations, or military facilities to base the above equipment.

* I need a common alert tone system, one for earthquakes, one for storms, one
for possible tsunamis.

Problem is, can every body over there get on the same page? Not.
