Is within time window

John....Shan said "may occur within 48 to 180 hours from 04:30 UTC on 21st March 2005". The quake occurred at 16:09:36 UTC March 28.
180 hours=180/24=7.50 days or 7 days 12 hours. That would bring the end of the window to March 28 16:30 UTC. So, within the window with over 20 minutes to spare. It would not make any difference to me if it missed by 20 minutes, however.

Yes, it missed on location, but I don't think Shan claims to be that precise...
