Hi All. I make it a rule that who ever the person might be that is paying to operate a given site, then that parson has a the right to make the rules as to the nature of the material, and or subject matter to be posted. If those rule are ones that I can’t abide in then I go to a site that allows wide-open posting. I will have to admit that some of those sites are much more interesting, but they also tend to be much more confrontational long or rhetoric and short on substance.
Some of you may already know who I am, but in case you don’t allow me to introduce myself. I’m a person who has been knocked out of bed by some strong quakes and as such I decided to learn as much as I can about quakes, and the possibilities of predicting them. I lived in Japan for a little more then 10 years, and during that time I have had the privilege of ridding out some strong quakes.
I served in the Air Force for 20 years as an analyst and during that time I have done a lot of reading. I learned how to perform searches on computers long before computers ever made it to the public sector. I have personally witnessed the death and destruction that were the results of strong quakes.
I seemed to have wandered off the original intent of my post so I will make it as plain as I can. If your agenda is something other then quakes or subject matters that are related to quakes then I would suggest you find a site that will allow you to post your agenda. I know this has the chance of making some people very unhappy, but that’s their problem.
For what ever its worth my vote is to maintain this site in the manner in which it was intended for. The person paying for the use of the bandwidth to operate this site has the final say as to what material should be posted and or not posted and if this same person desires that I not post again, then I will abide in that decision.
