Actually, I agree with the "who's paying for the site" factor. Last I checked, it costs at least $35.00 a month to maintain a domain name and another $35.00 to $70.00 a year to keep the registered name. If Canie is footing the bill for this, then it really is in her court to make the rules regarding the parameters of the postings.

I by the way have always tried to keep my postings reasonably related to quakes. It's tempting to post other things. However, my lack of posts is actually out of resprect for the theme of this board.

I think that we owe a thanks to Canie for maintaining this site at her expense.
