tone score keeping

To be fair, and to get a true sense of the predictability of ear tones re: future earthquakes, shouldn't the tone group count misses as often as it counts hits? Perhaps it is. If so, what are the going probabilities?

Statistics have to include the negative results as well as the positive to be meaningful.

I'm a member of this group, but have no idea who, if anyone, is keeping track of misses as well as hits. Don?
