Ara's clear clarity

John,
If possible, I would appreciate it if you do not continue discussing the meaning of insult, etc, because I want to stop posting on such a topic, but it is difficult if you continue with aggression.

You asked,
(3) "pin head" is no more insulting than "angels dancing on the head of a pin"?

First of all, in your list of seven insults, “which quoted him verbatim”, you included:
"your reasoning ... is meaningless",

which is the same thing as
"angels dancing on the head of a pin"

so I guess I can assume by your own understanding that you were insulting me.

So, what on earth is your above point? Are you now going to start grading the intensity of insults?!

Although I knew you were implying my reasoning is meaningless, I responded by playing with the words. Especially I like to do that with cliché phrases, without paying attention to the result.

So the result had a nuance of returning your own insult, but also without a grammatical subject had a poetic ringing that I liked. The idiot could be anyone, probably me, or just human beings.

That is how I think when I mix up words.

You are over-reacting.
