Chris,

I have noticed on more than one occasion you tend to speed read posts or don't seem to look at current earthquake lists and you miss things. Such was the case of Willow Creek. There was a 4.+ quake inland from the Triple Junction and those are pretty easy to spot and it was listed as Willow Creek on the list. So when I posted my prediction for the second 4.+ quake it would be hard not to know what I was talking about if you had already noted the first quake.

You may not have noticed, but of late I'm only posting predictions where I feel there is a very strong possibility of the quakes occurring. I get ear tones almost daily and those are held in reserve for basic research with logging events heard and resulting quakes. 90% or better of the logged information never reaches this board. I'm trying very hard to limit what I do post in looking for excellence in prediction, rather than just shear numbers.

Sometimes, less is better and in regard to making predictions, this is true. You influenced me previously in your post about serious evaluation and now you can see the results. Behind the scenes there are many successes and they are all carefully data collected. The good news is that others are having equal or better success and the network established is working very well. What I'm looking for now is for someone who might be interested in looking at the "whole" of what we do and see for themselves it is way beyond random chance. Someone needs to sit in on the reports and follow up matches to be able to draw some kind of conclusion.

Ear tones are not a psychic phenomena. Nor do I use any kind of home brew equipment. It comes from hearing a sound, understanding geology, seismology and sound recognition to know where expected epicenters should be. ULF can detect some of what we hear, which I find interesting, so there must be another element yet not known or understood. I think the sound we hear comes from asperities breaking inside of faults before actual earth movement occurs. It is electrical, just like earthquake lights. No one understands those yet either, but scientists are willing to acknowledge they are real. The greatest problem with ear tones is that you cannot see them, so its easy to dismiss them.

I'll try to include latitude and longitude for you in the future as it seems to be material you wish to have.

Petra
