To add to this, I am in Tri-Valley area, (Dublin, Pleasanton). Weird electrical things have been occuring in the house. We live in a fairly new house, so not a matter of old wiring. Odd things like toys coming on by themselves(battery operated), lights coming on, and our digital thermostat setting itself.

Our pets have all deceased in the last two years, so cannot evaluate any animal reactions.

FWIW, may or may not be related. (could all be christmas lights and timers that I have)
