Have you seen the decorative pieces involving images seemingly embedded in blocks of glass or crystal?

The images are formed by bubbles within the glass which I suspect are made by lasers somehow. The ones I've seen are made in China.

Whatever the process is, it's what I've been searching for to plot quakes in 3-D.
