Roger...the link is to the Harvard site of the SCEC Community Fault model (which I have contributed faults to). There are free softwares that will display the fauts...although maybe not easy to use?.....and animations...that I have seen but not tried....
It seems you need a password for the data base. If you need to get in there send me a private email (could tell me what you are doing) and I will send you the email address of the person who would have to let you in..
