I have the post numbers... but there are over 22,000 files in the message directory.. my little FTP program chokes when it tries to read all those...

The web utility provided by Earthlink shows 100 files at a time and I'd have to search thru 220 pages of files to find his... It took about 40 minutes to simply find Cathryn's last post and remark out her address...

I don't have shell access, so a shell program does no good... (he did send me a dos program to execute... a lot of good that does on Unix)

I'd have to write a perl program to go in and delete the files and I offered to do that if he paid me the hourly wages I normally bill for such computer work...but of course, he doesn't want to pay me for my time...

The guy never used his last name - there's nothing to identify him in his posts... I can't for the life of me figure out how it's a threat to him... and the archives aren't searchable by the web crawlers... so nothing would show up on an internet search... and, he never offered any ideas (or unique ideas) on quake prediction or anything else...
