EDG certainly gives quake prediction a bad name

I noticed another 1000-word post with attitude below, without methods, predictions, or the names of his collaborators.

So long as he doesn't split himself into multiple personalities and confuse discussion here, I think he is doing a fine job of discrediting himself. Even the wild and crazy SGE forum takes his unique oblique and self-congratulatory posts in stride.

Sorry about the triple post below. It didn't show up in my browser for at least a half hour. I thought Canie had locked the thread when I left for my hike. We hiked up 2200 feet in an hour and a half in the heat and humidity; it was a bit much.
