Hi Canie,

I am in full support of Cathryn's request. I do not wish to see this board shut down because one person, EDG/EQF/all of the rest of them, choses to be unpleasant to our other board members, whom I value their opinions highly. I may not always agree, but I want them here and I don't want everyone wasting their time on someone who grandstands and is rude.

We have bent over backwards to allow EDG/EQF to discuss his programs and despite the fact that none of them work and he won't reply when asked direct question, he continues unabated.

I don't like ultimatums, but in this case, this board will either become his alone with your full support or the majority will rule. John's out of town right now so he can't vote, I'm sorry to say. But I think he would be in agreement. (not wishing to put words in his mouth, if you know what I mean.)
