Thanks for your bet.
But, it is not equal my bet.
I converted my latest ten signals and the earthquakes to UTC time.

Eartone:date(UTC) Earthquake:date(UTC) atitude(N) longitude(E) Magnitude
2004/07/17 09:35 2004/07/18 06:00 34.8 140.4 4.3
2004/06/29 06:35 2004/07/10 11:07 36.1 139.9 4.9
2004/06/10 12:42 2004/06/10 22:05 35.7 140.2 3.5
2004/04/15 10:30 2004/04/16 01:07 35.9 141.0 3.9
2004/02/20 11:00 2004/02/27 21:37 35.4 140.4 4.2
2004/02/19 16:26 2004/02/27 21:37 35.4 140.4 4.2
2004/02/05 23:20 2004/02/10 12:07 35.5 140.8 4.1
2004/01/17 16:16 2004/01/19 23:30 35.8 140.8 3.6
2004/01/03 06:00 2004/01/08 00:44 36.2 139.8 4.0
2003/12/12 09:08 2003/12/14 18:27 35.2 140.1 3.2

I can use a perl computer language.
A perl program like "Eartone Entry Form" is running on my Japanese web site since 2003.
I was surprised because it was very similar my entry form.
