Ok. I will take me a little while to do any more work on this. I see that the United Nations / ISDR just circulated a final draft report summarizing the recommendations they received regarding international disaster mitigation efforts. And it appears that my own recommendations were well received. I am going to try to prepare and send them another note on this. That will take a little while. To run my fault zone location determination Perl program you would need to have the Perl language compiler running on your computer which is discussed on the following Web pages (or a newer version if available): http://www.freewebz.com/eq-forecasting/Perl.html http://www.freewebz.com/eq-forecasting/301.html Also, another important project involves finding a free Web site where Perl CGI programs can run and then organizing some data entry screens etc. Quite a few sites like that are available. But I have not had time to do any work in that area.
