An unexpected honor

In a summary report dated July 20, 2004 for a Secretariat of the International Strategy for Disaster Reduction (UN/ISDR) ON-LINE Conference my Web site was listed as a submitted example for how disaster mitigation information can be made available to governments and international disaster response groups. The information sharing concept behind my Web site was outlined in the following report:
