All right, that's a valid point. The missing piece is the signal which says a quake is imminent.

So all you have to do is present a list of signals (dated), a list of locations where such conditions existed at quake time and a list of quakes which happened subsequently. None of that should be any problem for you and it would go a long way toward establishing your credibility.

You'll have to show that the quake would not have happened anyway. Your statement that it will happen at some unspecified time isn't satisfactory because it's bound to happen .... eventually.
