It's tough not to get snippy with EQF, and the jargon gets a little dense in my posts sometimes, but I'm glad if some of my posts clarify seismic goings-on.

To be a didact, you may have asked about heterogeneity (things are variable), which is the opposite of homogeneity (things are fairly constant), rather than heterogenesis (made several ways??).
