I believe that the computer viruses which are doing the most damage are the ones which are traveling around attached to e-mail letters. They can spread across the globe in a few days, infect computers everywhere, and wreck havoc on individual systems, hospitals, disaster response agencies, businesses, and government agencies. And those are the ones that the effort I mentioned was intended to control. I can already see a dramatic change in how my own e-mail downloads.

I did not say that virus traps have not been around for a while. What I said was that I feel that they need to be on all of our major Internet servers. They has not been the case in the past and is probably still not the case. And that is what I have been hoping to get changed.
