Proposed EarthWaves Earthquake Research Program

The earthquake forecasting program I am running works to a large extent by matching certain types of electromagnetic energy field fluctuation with past earthquakes. It assigns each earthquake a type of probability number based on how well it matched the signal. And I circulate forecasts after evaluating the final probability data.

My computer and programs are running fairly well now. And I am thinking of organizing a routine which would involve my posting some of those probability tables to the EarthWaves board. Then anyone who wished could see if they thought that the probability numbers matched important earthquakes when they occur. Other people could submit Ear Tone times etc. and they could be added to the table. This would be a type of temporary experiment.

Anyway, I have a format in mind for the type of table that would be posted. And I am now planning on getting started with creating the computer program needed to generate the table.
