I hear you. On the other hand this subject is of interest elsewhere and I wasn't getting much response. Dave has access to the archives I have been pointed to, and the summary he presented is provocative.

The Red Puma list and the solar electron graph suggests that the Loyalty Island situation is continuing. Indeed the graph suggests a cyclical, diurnal or lunar nature to the phenomenon. These can be followed from timely charts.
