Thanks for your thoughtful advice.

Please note I am not predicting any sites at all.

What I am doing is correlating a solar electron graph with documented quakes. As EQF notes, it is easier to predict aftershocks than the first in a series, and the current quakes in the Kurils and Loyalty Islands are both active quake sites.

What I am reporting is the first big quake after a dip in the electron graph below the median line.
A person in a site with a big quake to start with might find it useful to follow the solar electron flux. At this point I don't know what the minimal size is for what is happening in the flux.
That is the reason for being a bit intensive now when so many big quakes are happening.

I hope that is a reasonable approach.
