A new project

Hi all;

I've been doing evaluations "by hand" so to speak with special searches in each case.

Very time consuming.

So I've decided to put all the pieces together and write a do it yourself program to compute quake probabilities.

You will enter your prediction according to a specified format and get back a probability value.
It will use the 1973-2002 database of all quakes 5 or larger. I choose these limits based on completeness in the database and a general feeling that smaller quakes don't matter much.

Right now I'd like feedback on what features should be included, assuming anyone is interested in it at all.

Roger
